Partnering with retailers often means applying retailer-specific labeling requirements and using only approved carriers. Flowspace builds these requirements into retail fulfillment workflows, helping warehouses and brands follow them consistently.

UCC case and pallet labels

Flowspace generates UCC case and pallet labels for B2B EDI retailers to request the right label template for each one.

Orders that need UCC labels take warehouse teams to a dedicated pack screen, where they define pallet configuration and case contents. For cases that fit on a single pallet, a shortcut packs everything onto one pallet.

For orders in eaches, teams also enter the eaches per case and cases per pallet. Flowspace checks that the number of products packed matches the number picked before the order can be packed. When it's time to print, labels come out in pallet order, with each pallet label followed by its case labels.

Parcel orders are covered too: warehouses define case contents, then print UCC case labels alongside shipping labels.

Data for your ASN

After the order ships, Flowspace can send case-level and pallet-level UCC label data to your integration, so you can generate the ASN your retailer expects.

Retailer carrier rules

For freight orders, Flowspace can limit rate requests to approved carriers based on the order’s channel. Separate configurations apply the restriction both when a brand requests a freight quote during order creation and when available quotes are viewed after the order has been packed.

Set up with your team

Flowspace configures each retailer's label template and carrier rules with you, so requirements are in place before orders start flowing. To learn which integrations are supported or if new connections are required, reach out to our team.

Compliance without the extra steps

Labels and carrier choices are two of the easiest places for a retail shipment to go wrong. Building them into packing and quoting means your team follows each retailer's rules as part of the normal workflow, not as an extra step.
