Flowspace is thrilled to welcome ecommerce veteran Esther Kestenbaum Prozan, who today joins the company as Chief Revenue Officer.

Prozan previously served as President of Ruby Has Fulfillment, where she oversaw a nearly tenfold increase in company revenue ahead of its acquisition by ShipMonk.

Reporting to CEO Ben Eachus, Prozan is responsible for the growth and development of the Flowspace business. She will lead Flowspace’s global sales, partnerships, and marketing teams in furthering the adoption of the Flowspace platform, which empowers fast-growing omnichannel brands with the real-time visibility and scalable fulfillment infrastructure necessary to provide the quick, affordable and accurate fulfillment experience that today’s consumers have come to expect.

U.S. ecommerce sales are expected to top $1 trillion for the first time in 2022, per Insider Intelligence, but legacy, fixed supply chain and fulfillment operations are not designed to support ecommerce and direct to consumer success. Brands offering the omnichannel, “anything, anytime, anywhere” experience that consumers now demand have a greater need for Flowspace’s software-powered fulfillment platform, which provides the transparency, flexibility, and insight needed to power a distributed fulfillment network, while also maintaining the customer data critical to growth.

“Esther is the leader that will amplify and accelerate the success of revenue teams at Flowspace. She has a deep understanding of omnichannel brands and the operational capabilities they need to succeed in today’s retail environment. Her work here will impact Flowspace customers and brands industry-wide as sellers continue to seek out supply chain solutions optimized for DTC and ecommerce overall.” – Ben Eachus, co-founder and CEO, Flowspace

Prozan brings more than 20 years of leadership experience within ecommerce and retail technology companies to Flowspace. During her tenure at Ruby Has, the company experienced a period of unprecedented growth as she scaled the revenue organization, increasing recurring revenue deal sizes by orders of magnitude. Prozan was recently recognized by Supply Chain Digital in association with IBM as one of the Top 100 Women in Supply Chain, and received the 2021 Supply & Demand Chain Executive Women in Supply Chain Award. She has written on industry topics and been featured widely in national publications such as Forbes, Entrepreneur, Fast Company and Thrive Global, as well as trade publications including Multichannel Merchant, SupplyChain Management Review, Women’s Wear Daily, the Logistics of Logistics podcast and RetailWire. Prozan is also Chair of the Subscription Trade Association (SUBTA) Fulfillment Committee.

“Flowspace is more than a fulfillment provider – the company’s innovative software and its widespread, connected network are powering the future of ecommerce for modern brands.” said Prozan. “Flowspace is the only company in the industry empowering brands with the tools and capabilities to provide truly optimized ecommerce fulfillment experiences while removing traditional 3PL limitations to agility, scale, and geographic reach. I’m eager to kickstart industry-wide adoption of this transformative platform.” — Esther Kestenbaum Prozan, chief revenue officer, Flowspace

Prozan’s hire follows a year of incredible growth and recognition for Flowspace. The company announced a $31 million Series B led by BuildGroup in March of 2021, and brought on high-caliber talent, including executives from Amazon and Salesforce, to lead product and technical teams. Flowspace’s Network Optimization was named Sustainability Service of the Year by Business Intelligence Group, and in January 2022, the company was named on Built In’s annual ranking of Best Places to Work.
