Flowspace 1 Month Free Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: November 18, 2025

Flowspace will provide one month of free fulfillment fees to new fulfillment customers who sign a one year agreement on or before January 31, 2026. This promotion is not final or binding on Flowspace until the customer has fully executed the applicable Order Form and Warehouse and Transportation Terms of Service. The promotional credit applies only to the first full calendar month after launch, has a maximum value of $25,000 USD, and applies only to fulfillment fees. All parcel shipping, platform fees, integrations, transportation, routing, storage, packaging, special projects, and all other services remain billable at standard rates. Customers must complete inbound by March 31, 2026 and must meet all onboarding and operational requirements. Flowspace may determine eligibility in its discretion, may limit participation based on capacity, and may deny or revoke the promotional credit in any instance of misuse, abuse, inaccurate information, or non compliance with these terms or with the Order Form and Warehouse and Transportation Terms of Service. Unused promotional credit has no cash value and does not roll over. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, does not modify any minimum billing obligations, and does not guarantee future pricing. All terms of the Order Form and Warehouse and Transportation Terms of Service remain fully in effect and control. Participation in this promotion is subject to Flowspace’s sole discretion, including all determinations regarding eligibility, compliance, interpretation of these terms, and application of the promotional credit. Flowspace may modify or end this promotion at any time before a qualifying agreement is fully executed.
